Below is an example of the four hour introduction workshop to the three month home study golf psychology course 'Mastering The Inner Game of Golf'
Workshop Part One
11.00 am Introductions
Step 1 - You will receive a full explanation of ‘How the Mind Works’
You will have explained the reason why the need for changing consciousness is required
Step 2 - You will take part in ‘The Deep Breathing Exercise’ as a group
(If there is time) CD1 ‘Getting your mind to work for you’ will be played for the group to experience
1.00pm Lunch or Refreshment Break
Workshop Part Two
2.00 pm An explanation of the importance of examining Self Limiting Beliefs and how to change them
Step 3 - You will be introduced to how to create visualisations – Getting The Result
(If there is time) CD1 ‘Getting your mind to work for you’ will be played to the group to practice again
Sum up and review - There will be time for questions and answers
4.00 pm Finish
