An example of the Golf Psychology Workshop
Workshop Part One
11.00am:- Introductions and receive your home study book and 5 CD set 'Mastering The Inner Game of Golf'
Step 1 - You will receive a full explanation of ‘How the Mind Works’. This explanation reveals how thoughts program your action and effect your golf swing
You will have explained the reason why the need for changing consciousness is required to master the mental game of golf
Step 2 - You will take part in a martial arts Tia chi ‘Deep Breathing Exercise’ as a group
CD1 ‘Getting your mind to work for you’ will be played for the group to experience
1.00pm:- Lunch or Refreshment Break
Workshop Part Two
2.00pm:- An explanation of the importance of examining Self Limiting Beliefs and how they effect your golf game. Using the CD set provided you will be shown how you can change your self limiting beliefs
Step 3 - You will be introduced to how to create visualisations – Getting The Result
Practice CD4 ‘Perfect Putting’ the CD will be played to the group to practice how you use creative visualisation
This skill is applied to improving four aspects of your golf:-
Your Long Game, Your short Game, Putting and How to Excel in Tournaments and Competitions
(The practice session subject will reflect what the majority of the group wish to work on to improve their game)
Sum up and review - There will be time for questions and answers
